Bad Company reform

Bad Company will reform but for one night only to protect their name.

Lead singer Paul Rodgers caught word of another band that was about to go out on tour around the USA using the Bad Company name.

The original Bad Company, featuring Rodgers, Simon Kirke and Mick Ralphs, will perform on August 8th at the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, Florida.

Original bass player Boz Burell died in 2006.

The activation of the original band for the gig will legally protect their trademark.

The Bad Company show will be filmed for a live DVD release.

Rodgers left Bad Company in 1982 and these days is fronting Queen under the name Paul Rodgers + Queen.
